End User License Agreement

Effective Date: April 15, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and 2810156 ALBERTA INC. ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our") for the use of the Iaye VPN application and related services (the "Application"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application on any platform, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not download or use the Application.

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. If you do not meet this requirement, you may not use the Application.

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the platform restrictions below.

Website purchases (plans purchased at our website) are licensed for use on Windows and Linux only, on up to five (5) devices you own or control simultaneously.

Apple In-App Purchases are licensed for use on the single Apple device on which the purchase was made and may not be used across multiple devices.

You may not sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit or make available to any third party the Application or your account credentials.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the Application;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application;
  • Use the Application for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to circumventing laws, unauthorized access to computer systems, or violating the rights of others;
  • Use the Application to distribute malware, spam, or engage in any abusive network activity;
  • Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Application;
  • Use the Application in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks;
  • Send or transmit unsolicited bulk email or other communications (spam);
  • Infringe or facilitate the infringement of any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right of any third party;
  • Access, transmit, download, or distribute any content depicting or facilitating the sexual exploitation of minors;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any third-party computer system or network;
  • Use the Application to harass, threaten, defame, or harm any individual or organization.

3. Purchase and Payment

Access to the Iaye VPN service is granted through a one-time purchase. There are no recurring charges or automatic renewals. Upon payment, your license is valid for the access period associated with the plan you purchased.

You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account. We reserve the right to change pricing for future purchases with reasonable advance notice; changes do not affect licenses already purchased.

Refund Policy: If you are unsatisfied with the Application, you may request a full refund within 3 days of your original purchase by contacting us at team@iaye.net. Refund requests submitted after this window, or for purchases made through Apple In-App Purchase, are subject to the refund policy of the respective platform and are not handled by us directly.

Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute may result in immediate account suspension and termination of your license.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

5. Maintenance and Support

The Developer is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the Application. For support inquiries, please contact us at team@iaye.net.

6. Intellectual Property

The Application and all content, features, and functionality thereof are owned by the Developer and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to the Developer's trademarks, service marks, or logos.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the Application, you consent to the data practices described therein.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. THE DEVELOPER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE DEVELOPER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION, EVEN IF THE DEVELOPER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APPLICATION.

10. Export Compliance

You represent and warrant that you are not located in, or a national or resident of, any country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations.

11. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete all copies in your possession. The Developer may also terminate or suspend your access at any time for violation of this Agreement.

Upon termination for cause, no refund will be issued for any remaining access period. Sections 6, 8, 9, and 12 survive termination of this Agreement.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta, Canada.

13. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by providing notice through the Application or our website. Continued use of the Application after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

14. General

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and 2810156 ALBERTA INC. regarding the Application and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings relating to its subject matter. A failure by either party to exercise any right under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
